Rahavard Syna Delijan was established in 2009. In 2011, it launched its first production line for glass fiber tissue. During the next phase of its expansion, the company commissioned its second production line in 2017, increasing its annual production capacity to 18,000 tons (260 million square meters). With the latest technology from Germany, the company has established itself as the largest producer of glass fiber tissue in Iran.

Thanks to the high quality of its products, implementation of a quality-control system, and compliance with national-standard requirements, the company obtained a license to use Iran's National Standard Mark for its product from the Iran National Standards Organization in 2022.

Continuing its path of development, innovation, and product-quality enhancement, the company drew on its technical capabilities and specialized knowledge to obtain knowledge-based company status in 2025.

The company has received numerous commendations for research and development, industrial excellence, and export performance, reflecting its role in advancing new technologies and improving manufacturing processes. In addition to supplying Iranian industries, the company exports its products to countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe.
