With a combination of managerial expertise, industrial experience, and collaboration with specialized professionals and engineers, he has contributed significantly to the development of Syna’s production facilities and the expansion of its activities in synthetic fibers and fiberglass industries.
Dr. Behrouz Mohammadi, born in Delijan, is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex. His professional journey combines medical education, executive management experience, and extensive practical involvement in industrial development.
After obtaining his Doctor of Medicine degree and completing advanced studies in Executive Management (MBA), he continued his professional career with a focus on industrial development, domestic production growth, sustainable employment creation, and expansion into international markets.
Under his leadership, Syna Delijan Industrial Complex has developed into one of the recognized manufacturing groups in Iran in the fields of polyester staple fibers, fiberglass products, and related industries. The company’s growth has been driven by investment in modern technology, skilled human resources, quality improvement, and a continuous commitment to international standards.

Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex, Dr. Bahram Mohammadi is an experienced industrial executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of professional experience in industrial management, manufacturing development, synthetic fibers, fiberglass products, composite industries, and export market expansion.
Through a development-oriented approach, managerial expertise, and innovative vision, he has played a significant role in establishing and expanding industrial companies, increasing production capacities, creating sustainable employment opportunities, and strengthening the presence of Iranian products in domestic and international markets.
His activities in strategic industries, particularly polyester fiber production, fiberglass products, and composite materials, have contributed to strengthening domestic supply chains, reducing import dependency, and expanding industrial exports.
Dr. Bahram Mohammadi, born in Delijan, is one of the founders and prominent industrial leaders of Iran. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex.
He holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Shahrekord Azad University and an MBA degree from Bahar Higher Education Institute. The combination of managerial knowledge, executive experience, and deep understanding of industrial business has enabled him to play an active role in developing manufacturing enterprises, industrial investments, and international market expansion.
Since 2009, he has been involved in the management and development of industrial companies operating in polyester fibers, fiberglass products, composite materials, and textile industries.
Under his leadership, several manufacturing units have been developed, contributing to direct employment creation, supplying raw materials for hundreds of downstream industries, strengthening domestic production, reducing reliance on imports, and expanding Iranian industrial products into international markets.

Deputy Managing Director of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex and Chairman of the Board of Syna Delijan Fiber Company, is a member of the Group’s management team, contributing to executive management, organizational coordination, and the development of the company’s industrial activities. With a focus on improving management processes, strengthening coordination among different departments, and supporting the Group’s development initiatives, he contributes to the continued growth of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex.
Eng. Babak Mohammadi, born in Delijan, Iran, has completed an MBA program in Executive Management. He currently serves as Deputy Managing Director of Syna Delijan Industrial Complex and Chairman of the Board of Syna Delijan Fiber Company. His role within the Group focuses on executive coordination, organizational development, and supporting the implementation of the company’s growth and development programs.
